1. Refund & Exchange PolicyNo refunds on device purchases or accessories. Exchanges are allowed within 7 days with receipt. Items must be returned in the same condition and packaging as purchased. Replacement products must be of equal or greater value.
2. Warranty PolicyA 7-day warranty is provided for aftermarket LCD screen replacements. A 90-day warranty is provided for repair services only and covers the same issue recurring due to part malfunction or workmanship defects. Warranty does not cover customer-caused damage.Warranty Void ConditionsWarranty will be void if the device has been:
- Tampered with
- Exposed to liquid damage
- Dropped
- Physically damaged
- Misused or shows signs of misuse
3. Screen Replacement DisclaimerReplacement screens (glass, LCD, or OLED) are fragile and may crack, develop internal lines, discoloration, or display issues due to impact or physical damage. Such damage is not covered under warranty.
